Corrie made her wy to the chapel of the hospital an stopped fightig the rip tide pull of her depression. She shut down and felt the familiar gaze on her eyes. She couldn't even cry anymore.

Opie came in a few steps behind her; sitting in the pew right behind her. He sighed, resting his hands on her shoulders, "She is alive and soon she will be back to her normal self; bouncing around TM giving us guys a hard time...you'll see."

She rubbed her cherk across his knukles like a cat, sighing at the familiar panic rising in her,"Please stop touching me."

Opie frowned, "Cor...please. Don't shut me out."

She sighed, "I'm not. Just stop touching me. It's making me panic and I can't take much more before I end up back in the bathroom."

Opie dropped his hands, sighing, "Did you take your meds?"

She looked at her feet, ashamed, "No, not since Dita disappeared. I couldn't tink, Ope. I had to be able to tink."

Opie sighed, "Jesus...Cor. You need to take your pills. Where are they? Do you have them?"

"They'r ein the saddle bags. Please don't make me take them," tears stung her eyes, "I feel so lost when I take them."

Opie looked at her, firm, "No. You need to take them. You can't lecture Dee and not do it yourself."

"I can't even be alone with aisling on them, I can't function, Opie. Please, I'm begging you, don't make me."


She turned towards him in her pew, trying to put her emotions on her face, ".......please....."

Opie shook his head, "No. You have to take them or they'll never work. We could talk to Tara and see about getting you switched to something else."

She stood and crossed her arms,"and if I refuse?"

Opie looked at her with a cross expression, "There are no ifs, Corrine. You will take each pill with a big smile on your face."

Slowly, she made her way around the pew so she could stand in front of him. Her long hair swayed behind her in a braid. She rooted herself in the spot and spoke like a petulant child, "No."

Opie stood up , grabbing her arm, "Come on, We're finding Tara."

She yanked against his grasp, "No!"

Opie grabbed her around the waist and led her out to Tara's office. "I love you. You need to do this, Corrine. This is the one thing I refuse to back down on.

As they entered Tara's office Corrie tried to get away. Shetold Tara the problem and she said she no longer needed the sedatives but wouldn't budge on the Lithium. When Opie fetched her pills she.foughtthe urge to punch him.

Opie sighed, handing her the pill and some water, "Do it for Aisling and Dee at least."

She took the pill and stared at Opie.
"The only reason I take them is you, ope," she looked down, "I can't stand the disappointment in your eyes."

Opie reached out to stroke her cheek, "Don't just do it for me."

"Hate to dissapoint, boy-o but that's why"

Opie sighed, kissing her forehead, "Thank you."

She leaned against him breathing in the scent of leather.

"Lets go back, someone is going to have to take Lettie home soon and I figure it wil likey be us."
