Chibs/Jax/Opie the deets on Corrie

Chibs had just seen his niece out the door when he spotted Jax and Op walking towards him.

"Wha's up lads?"

Jax rested back against a car that Chibs had been working on, sighing as he thought about how he was going to approach this, "Chibs...what can you tell me about Corrie?"

The older man crossed his arms,"I figured you;d come knocking Jackie-Boy," he sighed, "She is the only child of my sister. The council adore her. She is the only woman to be in a place of power in the organization. When she was 14 her parents were murdered in front of her in a Chicago mob hit. The killers kept Corrine for two weeks before they let her go. They beat her, they starved her, we still aren't sure what all they did. The end result was a beautiful little psychopath puppet. She, as far as any of us know, has never been with a man. When she was 18 she murdered the people who murder her family. Yo do not fuck with Corrine Brennan and live."

Opie stared at Chibs in shock. He couldn't imagine having a life so full of doom. He always thought he had shitty luck. He shook his head, dumbfounded, "Jesus..."

Chibs closed his eyes and rubbed his face, "Aye. I love the girl and I sometimes se glimpses of the niece I once knew, but tread carefully boy-o's."

Jax cocked his head, "So...we can trust this girl, right? She isn't going to fuck us over?"
Opie rolled his eyes, "Come on, Jax...hasn't she been through the ringer enough?" Even Opie was surprised by his defense. Jax just stared at him in surprise.

Chibs stared at Opie, "Uh, yea. She won't fuck you over. Her intentions are always exactly what she says."

He looked at Opie again, "What the hel, Op?"

Opie shook his head, "What? Chibs you said so yourself, I'm just saying we should cut the kid some slack."

Chibs had a moment of concern for Op, "Opie, she is damaged beyond repair, you keep that in mind lad."

Opie shook his head, "Don't know what you are talking about, Chibs."

He chuckled and slapped Opie's shoulder, "Alright laddie."

Opie gave him an odd look before walking out of the shop and toward his bike.
