Everlasting D/J AU

Dita opened the door and the scene she was met with horrified her. Opie, drinking from her dead sister. She started sobbing, running toward him and hitting him with her small fists, "You moster!!! You moster! LEAVE HER ALONE!!!"

Juice yanked her off, seeing the wound on Opie's arm. He didn't know what happened, but he was trying to save her.

"Stop, Dee, stop! He's trying to change her, to save her," he saw he mother again and opened his mind completely to Dee, projecting the image into her mind.

The woman stood behind Opie, whispering to him to do it, to change her.

Dita threw her guard up against him, shaking, "No...I don't want to see her! Please just stop!" She watched in horror as Opie changed the one thing that was familar to her.

Needing to protect Dee, Juice turned her towards him, letting her bury her face in his chest. He glared at Opie and spoke into his mind, "What in the fuck happened?"

Opie looked at him and silently sent a message back.

"She made me...she made me do it...I'm sorry."

His brow furrowed and he returned with his own message, "What in the hell do you mean she made you? You're a 6 ft 4 vampire how the hell does a girl like that make you?"

Opie shook his head, "Later."

Juice led Dita to her room, tucking his shell shocked love into bed. When he again saw their mother he screamed at her, "Leave her alone, don't you think you've done enough?"

Dita's body shook from her silent sobs as she curled into a tight ball; keeping her walls up: her emotions full of hurt and distrust. She felt so alone.

Silently, he lay beside her. Desperately he wished he was warm so his embrace would mean something. He felt lost because she was lost.

"Hush, baby, hush," he tried to comfort her.

Dita shook against him, feeling so drained.

Tentatively, he kissed her neck, nuzzling his nose against her. He was desperate to comfort her.

Dita remained silent and broken; not wanting to try to explain how she felt to anyone.

Not knowing what else to do, he cuddled up to her and lay in silence.

She eventually fell asleep, but her mind was plagued with dreams: dreams about Tristian...a man from her past.

Tristain wanted her to come back: to be his prodigy. He was sending her a message; promising her he would leave her family be, but she would have to be with him....to suffer through eternity with him.

Her walls were down as she dreamnt; she was vunerable to everything.

Tristan sat in his Castle in his home, Romania. After being rejected by Dita he had fled here. He let the blonde girl's lifeless body drop to the floor as he sent more and more images to Dita in her sleep.

Dita woke up and slid out of Juice's protective grasp. She had to go to Tristan. She saw it as protecting her loved ones; especially Juice. She didn't see or realize that she was a lamb being led to the slaughter.

She dressed in her jeans and a simple black shirt after arranging a flight to Romania. She wrote a brief note to Juice, leaving it on her pillow...

I had to do this; He would hurt you if I didn't turn myself in. Please, just forget I existed. Let me go.

She left without bags; knowing that she would not be needing anything. It didn't take her long to get on the plane and leave Charming behind.

Juice read the note and fear gripped him. Distraught, he screamed across his bond with his maker, willing Chibs to come to him

Chibs was there within minutes. He didn't need to read the letter. He knew already. Tristan made sure of that: sending him images of Dita that horrified him. He had already begun his terror: beating her so brutally that it busted her eardrums and impaired her eyesight, leaving her bright green eyes dull and cloudy. It made her vulnerable to her attacker. Dita's visions were still crystal clear, but had her walls up; trying to protect everyone she loved from her sick reality. The last thing Chibs received was Dita getting hit hard in her lower back with a steel pipe, leaving her paralyzed from the waist down.

Chibs tried to keep his guard up as he saw Juice, but it was hard. He loved Dee like a daughter. His hopes of seeing her alive again were bleak.

"Call Ope, we are going to Romania. Now," he growled to chibs.

Chibs had sent a full disclosure to Opie, showing him everything he had seen through Tristan. He urged him to prepare to leave, not knowing Opie was with Corrie.

Juice waited impatiently for his brother. He was ready to go, now.

Opie and Corrie was ther instantly. Chibs was not surprised by Corrie, but he intended to chew Opie's ass out later. "Let's go."

Once in Romania they stopped to feed. Everyone.around her had fed from humans, when Corrie followed suit she ended up on het hands and.knees vomiting as her body rejected it. Yet she craved Opie's blood. She stalked him, in front of everyone, hunting him like they would a human. Eventually she poumced on him and fed.

Opie allowed her to do this, dispite what Chibs and Juice thought. It didn't take them long to reach the castle. Opie sensed that Dita was going to die. Her vanilla scent was so faint. Chibs instructed Juice to go inside without them. Tristan was there waiting and expecting only him. Chibs devised a plan to meet him inside with Cor and Ope in tow. They would kill Tristan together.

Juice knocked on the door and without exchange, the guard led him back to a small closet like room with a window looking into a dark dreary room. Dita laid still in the room, blood spilled around her. Her skin lost so much color, even her floral tattoos look withered. Her breathing was uneven, shallow. Bite marks were all over her naked body. Her eyes glazed over from blindness and exhaustion. She sensed Juice was there and simply mouthed, "Go."
