Dita reluctantly pulled away from him and got dressed in his bathroom. She came out a few minutes later, this time with black hair...her natural hair. She normally wore wigs for the non-commitment. No one but her sister had seen her natural hair.

She shyly came out of the bathroom with her wig tote and backpack in hand.

If he had a heartbeat it would have skipped when he saw her. Her hair was beautiful, not the pink or blue or blonde he was used to seeing on her. Faster than she could see he crossed the room to her, looping her hair around his finger.
"You are so beautiful."

He found himself wishing he didn't have to go.

Dita blushed, "It's okay...it's just, ordinary." She kissed his cheek gently.

He whispered in her ear, "Nothing about you is ordinary," his lips brushing her lobe with each word.

Dita felt a smile tug at her lips. She pulled him in for a kiss, "See you soon?"

He nodded and kissed her back.

As he made his way to Chibs room he was worried about Opie. He still hadn't made it back yet. Ope was sullen and stubborn, but he generally followed the rules. Running a hand over his mowhawk, he opened the door to Chibs' dorm.

"Mornin' Juicey boy. Where's Ope?"

Juice shrugged, "No clue."

Chibs' face completely changed, "He knows better."

Opie came in fifteen minutes later, "I know, I know...I'm late. So stake me." He sat down at the table and looked around, "Well..."

Chibs looked at Opie who was still completely covered in blood. He inhaled deeply, recognizing the smell; Corrine. He was in front of Opie in a flash, slamming him into the wall.

"Wha' di' ya do ta her?"

Juice looked on in shock.

Opie looked him in the eye, "She's fine...I drank a little from her...I'm not the only one sampling at this table."

"This," he gestured to his clothes, "Is much more than a little! This is near fuckin death, Ope. And ,yes I know about Juice, who has more control that you it seems.Did you let her drink from you?"

Chibs had known the DeSantis family for three generations. He knew their history.

"Do ye know what ya've done? She's a witch, if you feed a witch too much of your blood it creates a connection that can be physically painful to them. It's like they need to be around you to live. How bad was it?"

Chibs was livid, he smacked Opie across the face, "God damn it, you have no idea what you've done. Get out of my sight."

After Juice left Chibs' room he went to look for Ope only to find her was gone. Sighing, Juice returned to his room to read some Keats and text Dita.

Is everything ok?

Dita got his text just as she was about to switch the wash to the dryer. She had to bleach AND dye Corrie's sheets to get the blood out. She sighed and texted him back.

IDK, I mean...she seems fine now, but I am still a nervous wreak. I'm worried. I'm hoping Ope just comes back.

He sighed, wanting to be there for her, but it was still daylight outside and he hated how the sunlight made him feel.

He left here about twenty minutes ago. We don't know where he went. Want me to come over once it's dark?

Dita smiled softly at his concern. She quickly texted him back.

He smiled at his phone.

Yes.

As soon as the sun started to set he left for her house. The house itself was huge, so much so that it shocked him. There was probably enough room for five families in there. Intimidated, he got out and knocked on the door.

Dita opened the door before he had an opportunity to knock, kissing him gently. "Hello."

He could sense the ghosts of this place, terrible things had happened here. He furrowed his brow and walked passed Dee, almost trance like, into the room with the giant fire place. There, beside the mantel, stood a very tall woman with hair like Corrie's weeping.

"Who's that," he pointed towards the woman.
