everlasting AU

She cupped his face in her hands and dropped all her protections. Almost willing him to read her thoughts. Her heart pounded in her chest as she ripped her dress off over her head. She didn't care if he was fully clothed, between the fire and all the lust running rampant through her it was like she was on fire. As they moved together her hair bounced around her like a curtain. Grabbing fistfulls of his hair she yanked his head to one of breasts, begging for him to give it his attention.

Opie crushed his lips against hers, careful not to hurt her with his fangs, He gripped her tighter, fighting back his desire to drink her dry.

She.could feel his hunger, she knew she needed to put the wall back up knowing him reading the deaire in her would make it worse, but she no longer could. Her mouth and throat began to feel hot and dry from his own need, she knew they were in dangerous territory. Holding his wrists and leaning in to him, her neck against his mouth, she fell over the edge, feeling his cool fangs lightly brushing her skin as he kissed her.

Before Opie could stop himself, he sank his fangs in her neck just as he let go.

At first, his bite felt amazing. The feelings of his own euphoria flooding her brain. Soon, though, she felt the drag and pull of it on her heart. She felt cold and her brain started to fog. The sound of his low groans in her ear snapped her into action. Using as much force as she could without sending him through a wall, she pushed at him with her power, flinging herself away from him and the chair.

Sitting on the floor, completely naked, and one side of her neck cover in blood she cried like a child. She thought of her father and mother and terror streaked through her, what the hell was she doing?

Opie wiped the sweet blood off his lips, disgusted with himself. "Jesus....jesus....I'm sorry."

His remorse flooded her, conflicting her. Dizzyness swept over her and she wondered how much blood she had lost. Again her Mother killing her father then flinging herself in this very fireplace ran through her head.

"Opie, you have to leave. Now,"

Opie shook his head, "No...you don't look good...at least let me call Tara..."

Her heart thudded in her chest, it was nearly painful. She sighed and reached out for Opie. It was like she was a walking contradiction, but she needed him or she wouldn't be able to get up.

"Take me to my room, please."

Opie nodded, gently scooping her up and carrying her to her room. She laid her down carefully on the bed, "Can I get you anything?"

She shivered against his cool body. Sje wanted to be mad, to rant and rave at him, but she was so tired. Barely able to keep her eyes open, she didn't hear the question Opie asked. Her skin was nearly the same color as her sheet. She passed out in the bed.

Worrying, Opie cut his arm and held the bleeding wound to her lips, "Come on, Cor...drink."

The cool liquid dripped into her mouth, waking her. It tasted sweet and vaguely of honey. Without thinking, she listened to Opie as he told her to drink. She gripped his arm with both hands, taking deep gulps, moaning softly. As she drank, she saw him in Stockton and her the cries of Chibs, Jax, and Tig as they beat him mercilessly with a pipe and she felt the bliss wash over him just before the death blow. Even seeing that, she couldn't stop herself from drinking. He just tasted so good.

Opie kissed her head and gently pulled her away, "Now rest."

Holding out her arms, she looked up at him his blood still lingering on her lips, "Don't go, please.."

The blood fogged her judgement, made her want to be nearer to him. She absently wondered if he knew that. In the morning she would sort this out.

Opie sighed, nodding as he laid down next to her. He wrapped his arm around her her waist and drifted off to sleep.

Corrie had disturbing dreams of Opie in Stockton all night and even more disturbing ones of hunting down and eating the men who did it. When her sister screamed at her, her eyes snapped open.

Dita stood at the foot of her bed taking in the scene, "What the FUCK?"

Wrapping the sheet around her, Corrie stood and caught her reflection in the mirror behind Dita. The tips of her hair on the left side was matted with blood. There was dried blood all over her neck and hands. Most disturbingly, there was dried blood all over her lips and mouth. In a rush all the events of the night before came back to her. Her shoulders straightened, she faced her sister.

"Really, Dee? Is that what you were doing last night?" Opie's blood rushed through her, all she wanted to do was touch him, be close to him.

Opie sat up, relieved he was fully clothed, "I should probably..."

Dee shook her head, "Shut it! What the hell is that supposed to mean CORRINE?"

"Oh, come one, Cassandra, I know what you did with Juice. how is this any of your business," she moved closer to Opie as she spoke, like her body was tied to his now.

It was like she needed him to breathe.

Dita rolled her eyes, "I dunno...it looks like I entered a fucking blood bath and my sister is the star victim! Jesus, Corrie, how can I not be a bit weirded out?!"

She looked down at Opie, his clothes covered in her blood and his blood. She was right. Shaking her head, she sat beside Opie putting her hand on his knee.

"Ope, you should go."


Before he left, she stood and the air in the room whipped into a wind, blowing her hair all around her. She didn't control her powers well when she was so upset. She was beyond disappointed in herself.

She looked at Dita, "You're right."

Dita sighed, "Jesus...I just wanted to know what the fuck happened....I'm not pissed...just...freaked out."

"Opie drank too much. He lost control. It was bad, he fed me from him," she watched Opie leave the room.

She could feel it when he left the property and the feeling of loss physically hurt her. Gasping, she sat on the bed.
