Opie smiled, "How was I so lucky to meet a wonderful, brave, intelligent lady like you?"

It was her turn to blush, "I love you."

The smile on his face was beautiful to her, it was the first genuine smile she'd seen in so long. she let her arms slide around his waist, relishing the feel of his wet skin against hers. Her fingers traced the hard muscles of his back as she pulled him down into a kiss.

Opie kissed her softly before moving his lips down her throat. He loved the taste of vanilla and coconut on her soft skin.

She pulled away, "Ugh, we can't."

Frustrated tears came to her eyes.

Opie looked deflated, "Corrine..."

Throwing caution to the wind she pulled him against her and ravaged his mouth, "Fuck it," she whispered.

Opie grinned, "That's my girl." He gently scooped her up and pressed her against the cool tile of the shower. His lips slowly made a trail along her collarbone and neck.

It had been so very long, she was already panting, moan, and moving against him. She couldn't help herself. She help fast to the back of his head, guiding him lower on her chest.

Opie murmured in her ear inbetween his frantic kisses, "I want you...so bad."

She glared at him, "Then do it Opie, fucking do it."

She sucked hi bottom lip into her mouth and bit down

Opie hissed in pain and pleasure. Without delay, he slammed into her.

Tears streamed down her face as she cried, she was still sore. Seeing Opie's hesitation she leveled her gaze at him and held him closer, not allowing him to stop.

He showered her neck with kisses as he continued; kissing the shell of her ear, "I love you."

She looked down as he whispered in her ear, the huge bruises from the transplant catching her eye. She sighed and replied, " I love you."

Feeling bold, she ran her tongue lightly over the sheel of his ear, tracing its shape.

Opie groaned, moving a little faster in hopes she'll have her release soon.

Clutching him closer to her she yelled out his name and.collapsed against him. The effort of it all left her completely exhausted.

Opie held her close, kissing her neck gently, "You want to lay down for a bit?"

Instantly she regretted giving in, her whole bady hurt.

"Yes."

Opie frowned, feeling terrible as he picked her up, carrying her into the bedroom after he had dried her and put her in pajamas. He felt tears stinging his eyes as he tucked her in, "I'm sorry."

She smiled,"Don't be."

She tried to get comfortable

Opie looked down, "I hurt you though."

She pulled him down into the bed, "Baby, breathing hurts me. Don't feel guilty."

Opie sighed, leaning down to kiss her, "I'm sorry."

"You can make it up to me by taking me to Paris for Christmas," she smiled against his mouth, "and getting my wedding rings resized."

She stroked his cheek.

Opie smiled moving to lay down next to her, "You got it, baby. Christmas in Paris is amazing. You will love it."
